Timeline

From the census  of  1841, 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891, a few things can be deduced

Rosewarne Family Timeline

Rosewarne Family Timeline

1st there is the family of Richard John and Jane Anna, and their children, and 2nd is the family of Richard John’s parents where he appears to be the only child. His father is also called Richard John, and in the 1851 census spells his name Rosewarn

From the ages given, he must be born around 1837, his wife Jane about the same, and their marriage about 1860 +/-

His father was born around 1806, his mother Elizabeth around 1812-15, and probably married 1830.

So birth marriage and death records can now be searched in a narrow range.

Jane and her children must have moved to New Zealand between the 1881 and 1891 census.
